Pauline Millington, Practice Manager

Pauline leads the Administration & Technical Support Team – a young, dynamic team and yet having over 100 years experience!

A career change when making the switch from theatre nurse in the NHS, Pauline now brings the same structured, organised approach in her leadership of our award winning team.

Kelly Ramsay, Administration & Customer Services

Despite her youth, Kelly already has 14 years experience in our industry and her calm, logical approach is consistent with the systems, controls & processes demanded by  of our very busy ‘back office’.

Kelly is happily married and is the proud mum of two boys, aged 1 and 3…both with birthdays on the 14th September!!

 

Michelle Harrison, Administration & Customer Services

Michelle has worked with us for the past 3 years providing valuable support to the administration team. With 7 years experience working in the industry within similar roles, Michelle brings a great work ethic and straight forward approach to a very busy and multi-tasking environment that is the ‘back-office’.

Michelle has recently returned from maternity leave following the birth of her second child and she has been sorely missed.

Rob Roberts , Financial Planner

We welcomed Rob to the team In January 2018.

Rob has held various high profile positions within the industry, most recently as the Managing Director of his own financial planning firm.  We are delighted to attract a financial planner who shares our commitment to deliver high quality advice and service.

Tyrone Cisarello, Adviser & Paraplanner

Tyrone started off as one of our back office administrators in 2012 and since then has gained invaluable experience of the industry and acquired professional qualifications through the Financial Adviser School.

Ty’ has not only strengthened the Administration Team with his IT skills, but has progressed to Paraplanning and offering sound protection and mortgage advice to those who need it. The vision is to have the ‘opportunity of helping people achieve their goals in life by adding real value’.

He’s also not a bad hockey player!

Dave Sale, Paraplanner

Dave has worked with us for the past 10 years providing our advisers with technical support in respect of savings, investments, pensions and general retirement planning.

With 19 years industry experience, Dave spent 10 years with ‘the Royal’ in Liverpool as a Product Development Consultant (Marketing). In this role he was involved with all aspects of life & pension product ‘design’ from research to pricing and marketing.

In addition to this he also has wider employment experience through marketing, consultancy and technical support areas within property development, retail and IFA sectors.

Dave is a keen musician and has played bass guitar professionally in a number of bands. He enjoys most sports, with particular interest in Formula 1 and Moto GP.

Rob Hughes, Paraplanner

Since June 2007, Rob has provided technical & report writing supporting relating to all general areas of financial advice and planning.

Rob graduated from Liverpool University in 1992 and (after a short time spent bottling whisky!!) started working with Royal Heritage in their Fund Pricing department.  A short spell in Unit Trust Dealing was followed in 1997 by a move to Liverpool to work at Royal & Sun Alliance as a Bond Administrator.

Rob is married and has three children (a daughter and twin boys), and has an interest in most sports, but particularly rugby, which takes up large parts of his weekend as both a spectator and a coach.

Rob has attained the Diploma level in Financial Planning, and  is continuing his professional development as a paraplanner.

Debbie Moran, Accounts Administration

Debbie looks after the firm’s accounts systems and holds the purse strings!

With a lifetime experience in book keeping, Debbie makes sure we maintain accurate records in the allocation of money in and out.

Debbie supports our accountant, John Cooper – perhaps our most experienced team member and someone who has been with us since ‘Day One’.  John is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants and joined us having held senior Financial Director positions in other service related industries.

Richard Larkins, Personal Financial Planner

Richard left university in 1981 to start his financial services career spending time with various life assurance companies before moving to Liverpool stockbroker – Neilson Cobbold as an independent financial adviser.  The 1996 takeover by Rathbones enabled Richard to specialise in advising clients referred to the firm by local accountants and solicitors.

Following a house move ‘across the water’ to the Wirral, we were delighted to welcome Richard to The Chester Partnership with most of his very loyal clients following.

A general financial planner, Richard also has a specialist interest in estate planning and investments for mostly retired clients.

Richard is married with two daughters who have both recently finished University. He is a keen golfer at Heswall and can often be found on the Wirral Way looking for stray balls!

Neil Cartwright, Personal Financial Planner

Neil is one of our most experienced advisers and has spent much of his career advising our Doctor and Dentist clients.

Neil remains true to the fundamentals of financial planning and a Code of Ethics focused on securing the financial security of clients in the event of premature death or long term illness before considering their longer term wealth creation needs.

With a young family to keep him busy, Neil is still able to enjoy the odd game of golf (and anyone who’s played with Neil will confirm it is odd!) and is a keen skier whether in Scotland, the Alps – in fact anywhere there’s snow!

Alun Davies, Personal Financial Planner

Alun’s passion is providing financial planning advice to the highest level and has achieved Chartered Financial Planner status and been admitted as a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. This drive and desire to achieve additional professional qualifications continues as Alun updates his knowledge to keep pace with the ever changing financial landscape.

Alun is married, lives in North Wales and is able to conduct financial discussions through the medium of either Welsh, or English.

Whenever there is any spare time for interests it usually involves outdoor activities, including cycling and hill walking. He is also to start a cricket coaching course in 2013.

Perryn Edwards, Personal Financial Planner

Now a veteran of 25 years, starting his career with Commercial Union and Royal Sun Alliance, Perryn has been with the firm since our inception in 2000.

In addition to his general practitioner status, Perryn has developed a specialism in advising clients with regard to ‘later life’, or ‘3rd age’ issues. With the Diploma in Financial Planning, Perryn’s commitment to professional development, also includes working towards ‘Chartered’ status.

A Welshman by birth, Perryn is married and, living in North Wales – very much enjoys the freedom the Welsh countryside brings.  A sometimes Wrexham FC supporter and a music loving, record collecting geek!

Yvette Gregory, Client Relationship Manager

With over 33 years’ experience as a financial planner and Senior Branch Manager for Lloyds TSB Bank plc, we are delighted to appoint Yvette as our Client Relationship Manager.

Over the years Yvette has created tremendous loyalty with a group of clients who trust her judgment, advice and commitment to treating them fairly.  Yvette is now helping the firm to ensure that our advice and services are developed with the client at the very centre of what we do and, as such stand out from the rest in the market locally.

Yvette is married, with 2 children and has 3 grandchildren.  She enjoys playing crown green bowls and is also a qualified Class A football referee!!

Richard Cavey, Personal Financial Planner

With more than 30 years providing advice & personal service and the Diploma professional qualification gives Richard the experience and the knowledge to help clients with all of their financial planning needs.

A married man with a grown up family, Richard’s spare time is spent enjoying most sports, listening to music, reading and hill walking (as well as enjoying the odd pint of real ale!)

Steve Riddiough, Principal & Director

With a passion for financial planning, Steve has a reputation for setting & demanding the highest standards from everyone connected with the firm.  With the role of leading and managing the firm in the achievement of its key objectives, Steve is able to rely on his 30 years experience developing award winning financial services teams.

Steve has a particular interest in the development of new industry talent and is the lead consultant to The Financial Adviser School and is a Northern Board member of the industry’s National Skills Academy (NSAFS).

Happily married, with two (expensive!) sons, Steve is the current Chairman of Oxton Hockey Club (and still playing in goal!) and enjoys most sports. Steve was recently appointed Secretary to the Arrowe Park & Wirral Hospitals IBD Patient Panel.

Keith Millington, Personal Financial Planner & Director

Keith has a combined role as Director of the firm whilst also maintaining an active interest in the on-going financial planning needs of his clients.  It is this ‘hands on’ approach that ensures our client propositions remain relevant and current.

A general practitioner financial planner, with a close attention to detail and getting all the ‘little things’ right ensures clients are treated fairly and as a result are happy to recommend Keith to friends, family & work colleagues.

Keith has a seat in the Kop, but whether advising a ‘Red’ or ‘Blue’ – all clients experience the same level of skill, care & consideration in the advice they receive!
